General Tumblr CSS/HTML Coding Help Options

I've been looking around to see if it's possible to add another editable "description" tag to my second sidebar (1 sidebar has the main description, and I'd like to have my second one say something different), but I can't find any resources on how to accomplish this. Basically, the second sidebar is a "Featured Content" sidebar, and I'd like to be able to add an image and text, both of which would be editable via the left menu that Tumblr provides (not the coding area). P.S. It'd also be good to get feedback on the code's structure, or if it needs any fixes/changes.
