I'm trying to find a code so that when users resize the browser when viewing my site the text does not scroll with it. Currently, when I resize the window the text and content tries to fit into the page as much as it can, whereas I would like it to stay still really!

Any help would be great

That's a feature, not a bug. Leave it alone and let your content adapt to the available display area.
