This is weird and I can't figure it out. I had a website designed on my desktop thats been sitting around unused for awhile. So I finally decide to write some content for it and ported it over to my laptop to work on it. The problem arised when I created a new html file in the folder. The coding is right, the links are right. On the surface nothing seems wrong. Yet, when I click on the link in the layout NOTHING HAPPENS! I tried experiments where I renamed the link to point at a different file (one that already existed) and it would work! As soon as I changed it to link to the new html file it wouldnt work. When I click on it, nothing happens. I have no idea why it won't work.

There is general information in the FAQ Why are my hyperlinks coming out all wrong or not loading?. For a more specific answer, you'll need to post the URL (address) of a sample HTML document to the BBS.

Thanks for the quick response. I uploaded it to a site and it works perfectly, but will not load on the "offline" version. Not sure why, but if it works when uploaded to the internet then I'm happy.
