Job: Help Edit My Tubmlr HTML Options

For the past few months I have been tweaking a Tumblr theme to suit my aesthetic sensibility. I have limited knowledge of html, but through a lot of trial and error guesswork, I've been able to get it pretty close to how I want it. However, there are still a few elements I just can't get to fall into place, like modifying the sidebar and enabling disqus. I'm tired of stalling on this project and want to get it finished, so I'm willing to pay for assistance. I can't really gage the difficulty of this project, but if you send me a quote on what you think your time would be worth to do it, we can go from there.

Ideally, I would like for the sidebar to look something like this (with a Georgia font):

Also, bonus points if you know how to get the search bar to look like this one: http://safe.tumblr.com/theme/preview/2484.

It doesn't have to be exactly like that, but that's the general idea. I realize that tumblr html looks different when it's not being interpreted by Tumblr, so if you need me to create a dummy account for you to work in, I can do that. It would be cool if we could get disqus and twitter integration too, but the sidebar is more important right now, so if that's all you want to focus on, fine.
