I don't understand what you are asking. How can you make a "website in forums"? And what's a "upstair box"?
I'm Dutch too, so you might write it in Dutch and then we'll see. NL: Ik begrijp je vraag niet. Hoe maak je een "website in forums"? En wat is een "upstair box"? Ik ben ook een Nederlandse, dus wellicht kun je in NL schrijven en dan we zullen wel zien. -------------------- "The earth does not belong to us. We belong to the earth."

I also understand "maak", "is" and "een". My God, is Dutch a mix of all other European languages? It must be Esperanto!

I also understand "maak", "is" and "een". My God, is Dutch a mix of all other European languages? It must be Esperanto! No, it's a variant of Northseaese, just like Swedish and English. Surely you must understand 'vraag' too? (Clue: 'fragola' means 'jordbaer' in Italian, if that helps) -------------------- Brian Chandler

AFAIKT, jordbaer and fragola mean "question" in English, which would be "fråga" in Swedish and "domanda" in Italian.

AFAIKT, jordbaer and fragola mean "question" in English, which would be "fråga" in Swedish and "domanda" in Italian. Close, perhaps. But what about himmelbaer, Johannisbeer, (Edouard) Ted Ibert, and his brother Jacques then? -------------------- Brian Chandler

Oops, I actually had meant to say that :
jordbaer and fragola mean "strawberry" in English, while "question" would be "fråga" in Swedish and "domanda" in Italian. QUOTE But what about himmelbaer, Johannisbeer, (Edouard) Ted Ibert, and his brother Jacques then? What about it? Anyway, Pandy was only testing her knowledge of Dutch. -------------------- "The earth does not belong to us. We belong to the earth."

Well, I don't undersand the connection between "question" and "strawberry".
Strawberry is "jordgubbe" in Swedish. I think "jordbaer" is Danish. Funny word, actually. "Jord" means earth, dirt. "Gubbe" means old man. Nåja, goda är de i varje fall. -------------------- |

Agreed. Unfortunately, Sven hasn't been back here yet to explain his question better, either in English or in Dutch.
