A common problem I've been experiencing with my site is going over the bandwidth limits

I use both Google Analytics and JetPack

Both of these tools only give general traffic statistics

Is there a way to track the bandwidth usage from a specific file or webpage?

Any help is much appreciated

Do you have access to your server logs?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm using Wordpress on a server with H-Sphere control panel

How would I find the server logs?

Read the H-Sphere documentation, the documentation your host provides or ask your host. Sorry, I haven't used H-Sphere, so I don't know how it is set up. It's also possible your host provides raw logs, outside H-Sphere.
