Have you tried reading a basic tutorial on MySQL?
To use Phpmyadmin, (1) install it (or if you're lucky discover that your hosting service provides it preinstalled -- mine, pair.com, does), (2) Run it, following the help info. It's very easy to use, provided you understand the basics of what you are trying to do. I don't know what wamp is. |

Same as LAMP but on Windows instead of on Linux, Linux/Windows - Apache - MySQL - PHP. Could be a bundled package. The OP is probably running a server on his own machine.

dude, w3schoools.com are good online tutorials for beginners. try it if you have some problem with your coding. it covers from basic html to MYSQL database area and also covers CSS. it easy to understand and they have some examples.
