Help Call Syntax to Display Only the Content Pane of HTML Help, Seeking information about the .NET syntax used to call and display top Options

I decided to place this question under the Off Topic category as it doesn't seem to fit under any other category on this board.

Are there any programmers out there that know the .NET syntax used to call topics in a CHM file and display only the topic, not the Help Viewer frameset? Even better, are there any .NET programmers out there that can tell me how to display the Help as a right-side pane within the application UI (as in MS Office)?
