help me unsure.gif here's my site. in firefox it looks alright but in internet explorer the menu cell streches to whole page height with background repeating. anyone knows how to fix it?

IE does peculiar things with empty and basically empty cells.

It looks like you want valign="top" rather than valign="middle" for the nav TD. You can stop the background from repeating with CSS.

I'd also remove the height from that TD.
