HTMLHelp Forums _ Markup (HTML, XHTML, XML) _ increase gap between margin and main column

I'm trying to improve the design of my blog by creating more space between margin and main column as type boxes (see labels & main column) are clashing i'm sure its very simple if you know how

What about unceasing the margin?

all sorted now it was the outer wrapper size
