website design and compatibility feedback Options

I have launched my online Florist store http://www.siliconflorist.co.in/, and its for one particular city in India. This website has a basic structure of categories and products.I have added lot of content on front page so i was worried about its design compatibilty. Also worried about speed of website. I need help from you guys to help me buit up this website with great design and user compatibility.Sites also built up with Mobile compatibility in mind. But im worried if it will run slow in Mobile devices due to responsive layout. I would appreciate your thoughts about it.I would love to see my mistakes and will be thankful to you guys for this. Please share your thoughts..
