sales code, HTML for commerce Options

Hi
I am working on a site for e-commerce, film sales.
I reached a point where cannot figure out the HTML code for the following:
On a picture that was uploaded to the site, that is the film cover, customer clicks; a window opens as a form where he orders. After that, the customer is supposed to send a check by mail to pay, and the vendor upon receive gives online access to the customer to download a copy of the film he ordered.
Does anyone can help me with the HTML code for this?

You need much more than HTML code for that. You'll need server-side programming and SSL certificates at least. What experience do you have writing secure ecommerce sites?
