On any page on my site canine-lifestyle-sim.com , when viewed with IE 6 and IE 7, the edges of the main content table look disconnected and broken. Like this:

I use FF 3 and the edges appear fine in there. Is there a way to fix this? Here's the code:

CODE
<div style='margin-left:220px; position:inherit; margin-top:0px'>

    <table cellspacing='0px' cellpadding='0px' border='0px' bgcolor='ffffff'>
    <tr><td>
    <img src='/images/topleft.gif' border='0'  width='38' height='38'>
    </td>

    <td background='/images/topline.gif' style='background-repeat:repeat-x; width:38px; height:38px; border:0px:'>
    </td>

    <td>
    <img src='/images/topright.gif' width='38' height='38' border='0'>
    </td></tr>

    <tr><td background='/images/leftline.gif' style='background-repeat:repeat-y; width:38px; height:38px; border:0px;'>
    </td>

    <td bgcolor='ffffff'>
    <table class='content' bgcolor='ffffff'>
    <tr><td><center>
        (CONTENT GOES HERE)
        </center></td></tr>
    </table>
    </td>

    <td background='/images/rightline.gif' style='background-position:right; background-repeat:repeat-y; width:38px; height:38px; border:0px;'>
    </td></tr>

    <tr><td>
    <img src='/images/bottomleft.gif' width='38' height='38' border='0'>
    </td>

    <td background='/images/bottomline.gif' style='background-repeat:repeat-x; background-color:transparent;background-position:bottom;border:0px:'>
    </td>

    <td>
    <img src='/images/bottomright.gif' width='38' height='38' border='0'>
    </td></tr>
    </table>

    </div>

Thank you in advance to someone who can help me.

Could be this.

If that's not it, please post the URL to a sample page. We need to see the real thing.
