Is there a way I can find a list of all the dynamic URLs that are created on my site? The site was created before I got here, so I have no idea how many different URLs are created. Is there a site or tool that can list these somehow?

Do you mean the links actually showing on the pages or the number of links that can hypothetically be created? If it's the links showing on the page you could use a link checker as http://validator.w3.org/checklink .
