Like if you want to go up a level in your files there is a slash command you can use in the link to go up a level. I think there are some different ones that involve . as well.

Do you know what they are? I just need to go up one level

The name of the parent directory is always '..'.

So if "fred.php" is a file in the current directory, "../fred.php" is a file in the parent directory.

These are not "commands", they are just names. Actually no-one "goes" anywhere...
