Formmail HELP- Its Should be So Simple!, How to omit an empty user input field from a from report Options

Please see my simple form at:

When the user clicks submit, I only want the fields that the user input a quantity to appear on the report/email.
How to I do this? It feels like I have searched everywhere and I don't know the language to ask the right questions. I was thinking it would need to be some sort of java variable but any suggestions would be very appreciated.

This is controlled by the CGI program that processes the form data. You need to modify it so it ignores blank fields.
