Hi! I'm pretty inexperienced at HTML, but I was able to figure out enough to change the color of my page's subtitle, among some other things. I'm having trouble with one thing, however: removing a couple of extra breaks or lines at the top of my block quote. Here's the page: thesiteinspector.blogspot.com
Here's the blockquote code: <blockquote> <h2 style="margin: 13.5pt 22.5pt 1.5pt 24pt; text-indent: 13.5pt;"> <span style="color: #bf643c; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: small;">A coordinated internet marketing plan includes:</span></h2> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>Video marketing</span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>E-mail marketing</span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>Pay-per-click search engine marketing</span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>Social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook</span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>Blogs and RSS feeds</span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 22.3pt 0pt 37.45pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; tab-stops: list 45.0pt; text-indent: -1.45pt;"> <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span></span></span>Direct mail and print campaigns</span></div> <div style="background: white;"> </div> </blockquote> Anyone able to tell me how to get that annoying extra space out of the top, prior to where the text starts? Thanks!!! Jennifer in Minneapolis, MN |

This looks like an example of collapsing margins. See:

You have given the BLOCKQUOTE 10px top padding and the H2 a 13.5pt top margin.
