Because of the skin I have one windows, my scroll bars appear like this
Is there anyway I can force peoples browsers to show the layers scroll bars like that? (I mean the layers like the box on this page (Appears under the Mx network nav button)) http://nfsmx.12gbfree.com/main.htm *I know the drop down menu appears under the writing of the scroll box, I got the layer order messed up, Will fix later. |

"Force" doesn't exist on the web. You can style scrollbars (to an extent) but probably not to look like the ones you have. You probably shouldn't though - people have the scrollbars they like and probably aren't interested in yours.

Keeping in mind that Opera users can toggle scrollbar styling and Mozilla/Firefox users don't see any styling at all.
