How can a framekiller be prevented from working?
Note: I can't modify the top frame source code.

Thanks in advance!
Mike

You can't. If you could, what would be the purpose of having one?

Haven't tested, but see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Framekiller#Framekiller_Killers

I'd like to insert the following page into my Google site:
https://www.capnhq.gov/CAP.eServices.Web/default.aspx
But Google Sites don't allow full HTML modification.

Well, that's unfortunate. I consider that a bug.

I do like the new framekiller suggested by Gustav Rydstedt, Elie Bursztein, Dan Boneh and Collin Jackson, although I would modify it so that it displays when JavaScript is disabled/unavailable but CSS is enabled. And of course, I'm going to keep using <base target="_top"> in all my documents.

It looks like others have encountered the same problem:

I think they're referring to AJAX techniques, where you load the content page via JavaScript, extract the content elements that you want, and update one of your div elements to contain that content.

You are probably right even if they left that part out. DIV frames, pffft!
