but does anyone know how to make text fade as it enters and end the section?
do you get what im saying?

so when it scrolls(whatever direction), its goes from, invisible, to visible, then when it ends, it goes from visible to invisible again?
does anyone know this?

i've looked at some, but most a big huge codes, the ones i've seen dont have a big code....but i dont know how to do it, >.<

For marquee: http://www.html-reference.com/MARQUEE.htm
Keep it mind it does annoy some people and it works in more than just IE nowadays.

For the fade effect, you'd need javascript, I'd say.

Or, just a thought, maybe .png images over the beginning and end of the marquee, under which the text scrolls.
