Problem with permalink pages on Tumblr theme Options

Hello everybody! I'm writing a Tumblr theme using the Jquery plugin Masonry, but I have a problem: permalink pages don't show only the posts connected to those pages, but they show ALL the posts in ALL the blog. I """"solved""" the problem by wrapping my javascript codes in {block:IndexPage}{/block:IndexPage} and here is my problem: I have the post and notes in the page (because if I click around it the cursor changes and there are some working links), but they aren't shown. Can you help me please?
