Hi, I need some help.

I want to create a left hand navigation frame with expanding links. For example, my links will look like this initially:

Page A
Page B
Page C

However, when the visitor clicks on "Page B", I want a sub-menu to appear, like this:

Page A
Page B
Pg. 1

Pg. 2

Pg. 3

Page C

Then, when the visitor re-clicks on "Page B", the sub-menu will be hidden again and it will look like it originally did.

I used to know how to do this, but I don't remember and I'm not sure how to go about looking it up. Thanks! Oh p.s., disregard the huge spaces.

Alas the navigation frame referred to in the text no longer exists on the site, so you can't see it in action. The explanations are still good though.
