So, i have found dropdown menu's troubling when i attempt to make them, though, i can't see anything that could be wrong with this code, i have tried other forums, but they either, won't accept my question because they are stupid, or they mark it as spam for the same reason. I have spent the past 3 days going through searches and trying to figure out what's wrong, and when i adapt my code to exactly how it people claim it to work, it won't. I am out of options after this.

Take a look at that ^. Be in mind it's not responsive, but all that matter is making it into a dropdown menu, your help will be much appreciated.
