How can you make the backround flash or spin using html.

And how can you make the actual window move using html.

And are there any other things to do on <marquee> besides direction color etc. Ex. up and down scroll, or flash scroll or changing colors??

Can any1 answer any of these???

You can't do either of these things with HTML. You'll need to use something else (such as JavaScript or Flash).

There are other things than MARQUEE to use if you want scrolling and moving text. MARQUEE is basically a MS extension to HTML and even if some other browsers, for unknown reasons, have added support for it in later years, they don't support all of the features and the the whole marquee thing can be turned off by the user.
