Using php to access a MySQL database and generate html, there are an amazing number of different sorts of escape needed. Escaping html special characters to keep html happy, escaping URLs to keep the browser happy, escaping arguments to become values in <form> hidden inputs and so on.

Does anyone have or know of a Really Neat table, crib sheet, or whatever, that serves as a useful reminder of all these cases?
