I am wanting to build a website, much like twitter, where people can post comments and requests. I want them to be able to add via web, mobile, voice. Any idea where to start looking to get simple version of this started so I can build on top of it and grow it?

OK let me ask this. Where would be a good place to go to hire somebody to do AJAX web work
