This is the site:
http://transwestern.blogspot.com/

it was made to organise the production of a movie for a school media assignment.

the pictures in the table on the right are slightly opaque and i don't want them to be. i think it's just because of the table opacity so i need some some code to make them ignore the opacity script

i want to keep the opacity of the table

I don't think that can be done. Last I tried it wasn't possible to override an opacity value by setting another on a child element.

Hi There

Like Pandy said, I don't think its possible to cancel it out.

To get the same effect you could try removing the opacity and using a semi transparent checker board image as a background (dark red opaque, black transparent) , I haven't tried this though.

good luck

cheers

Sparky
