no... there is a way to put tags in one color and put content in another.

To turn on syntax highlighting? Isn't that on by default if the file has a html extension? Otherwise try the menu Language | HTML .

Anyway, this isn't a HTML question so I move it to Offtopic.

Well, it doesn't have to since you can turn highlighting on from the Language menu.
