Very new to HTML and working on an assignment. After we made several pages (including the contact us page) we were told to create a new HTML page to be used as a return page. I can't find ANYTHING in my book about this and what I am finding on the web either talks about software that I can't use or other thing that don't pertain.

I am looking for a starting point. please help as I only have until Midnight Central to get this complete.
