resizing video in tumblr Options

So I uploaded a video to tumblr and it's set to the 500 width ({Video-500}), but I want it smaller (400 or 250 preferably) because I made the video a smaller size and it's dominating my page.

I tried changing it in the code, but then on my page the video image looks all distorted like it didn't proportionalize (that a word?).

Wondering if there is a way to make it look proportional. Here's the video codes now:
tried a few changes but nothing worked.
