Your site doesn't look good, I mean your site is not having corporate look. It looks like that you have created just a normal site.

You have not organized your content in correct manner. I think you should go for rewamp of your site.

The online tools report a few markup and CSS errors:

You use images of text with empty alt="" attributes. It's better to use real text, but if you're going to use images of text, then put the text itself in the alt attribute. See also:

And don't use px for fonts on the web. Instead, use 100% for body text, larger percentages for headings and the like, and (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.
