First post ..... I would like to link to table data from another website. Here is the page that contains the data:

http://www.nhl.com/nhlstats/app?component=...;service=direct

Basically, I will have the player stats listed on my site (goals, assists and points) with the current numbers pulled from the link above. Any assistance that can be provided would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Why not just link to the site that owns the data?

Because I will not list all of the players on my site, only some of them. I will setup the specific players on my site and want the stats to be updated as they updated on the host site.

ex. John Smith 0 goals 0 assists 0 points
His team plays tonight and he records 1 goal and 2 assists
Tomorrow the stats will read
John Smith 1 goal 2 assists 3 points

You'll need some kind of program running on your server that scrapes data from the other web site and reformats it for your own.

Better double-check that you aren't violating the other site's copyright/licensing terms.
