I am having problems with the menu on the left of this website. I need it to push down the footer, but it is not happening. I'm sure I messed up somewhere.. I just don't know where. This is driving me crazy.

When you float content, you remove it from the normal flow. It no longer exists, as far as the normal flow of content is concerned.

If another element uses the clear property, then the cleared element will appear below the end of the floated element. That cleared element can stretch the container element.

Have you looked at the page in IE? It's pushed down there alright. tongue.gif
