Okay, at http://www.neopets.com/~fuumes there is a button on the top right that looks like an arrow curving to the right, the image title is site navigation, and when you click it, the page changes to show a bunch of links to other pages, but the only thing to happen to the url is that #sitenavigation is added at the end. usually when a #extention is added to a url, it just scrolls you down to where you linked to, not change the content you're viewing. My question is: how is that extra stuff coming instead of the original content?

I read the code, and there is almost no javascript used at all. just some stuff to look up the time and date.

It seems to be an interesting use of positioning and overflow settings. It blows up if the font is larger than the designer expected, of course.
