Hmm, the only bit in the "FAQ" about web programming is something about cgi from the last century. Perhaps a link to some new resource would help.

Specifically, I seem to write the explanation about *Debugging* several times a week. (I refuse to "help" by finding people's bugs for them, because they have to learn how to find them themselves.) Perhaps I could volunteer to write an explanation of what "debug" means, if (a) there's a FAQ to put it in, and (b) an already written one really can't be found.
