Im needing help with setting up paypal with all the info Im needing in a shoping cart Im needing someone to write me html code to collect the the info to send to pay pal can someone get back with me ?

HTML can't "collect" anything. HTML is not a programming language. It's just markup.

Perhaps one of these CGI shopping-cart programs or these PHP shopping-cart programs will meet your needs.

PayPal offers a shopping cart service, so in principle all you need to do is read the PayPal documentation. If you have any specific questions, someone will probably try to help, but it's not likely someone will just do the job for you.
