URL not changing as I navigate my site, Temporary web designer screwed up my site, please help! Options

So I contracted a company to help design some aspects of my site, and it didn't work out so I had to severe our connection.

Now, anytime I navigate through my site, the URL does not change. My sites URL is "pianostudiosandshowcase.com", and if I click on any link within the site, the URL stays the same.

This is really a hassle, because if I try and refresh a page, it just takes me back to my index page!!! Is this something I could fix via my .htaccess file?

It's frames. The site really is on another domain, namely here http://oregonsolargates.com/studios/ . Is that your domain too or has this guys placed your files on his own server maybe?

It is called Domain forwarding. Unless you own you own domain and pay for your own hosting, that is how you point files to a folder on someone else's hosting...
