I have been spending a great deal of time cleaning up the code for my site and redesigning it with better code. I have tested it one page at a time in IE 8, FF and Chrome and it looked decent. I have a lot more pages to add. Then to my dismay, I opened the site on my laptop and the page does not display correctly. The only difference is that the laptop has IE9. I did a hard refresh to ensure that the code is the most recent, but it does not help.

The problem is that the sidebar menu specific to that page appears fine everywhere, but on IE9 it displays below the rest of the text, just over the footer. I can get a screen capture if it will help. The specific page is here...
