Hello guys! I am building my website's nagation bar ( http://i.gyazo.com/d2f2e53df5481f373ca3811523bac732.png) and it's every think ok until I reduce the size of my window (http://i.gyazo.com/ec7853770be260e16d2f74ed5ec8c07c.png). Here's the problem.
Please help.

Well, no one can be very specific without seeing the actual page (instead of just pictures of the page). But it looks like you've got a black stripe on your background and you're trying to stuff the navigation links into that black stripe. The text of the navigation links can also overflow if the font size is larger than you expect.

A better approach would be to give the main element of the header a black background. Then the header content could expand, and the background would expand with it.
