Button Aligning Issues, They will Align Up And Down But Too Close Together. Options

I am editing buttons for a profile layout. I was able to get them to align up and down, however they are grouped too close together, making it difficult to press a button. I used a table code to align them. How can I space them out?

You could use CSS to specify margins around them.
