Hey,

I currently have a delivery date calendar on the site but i have to change it daily and its getting annoying i wanted to know if anyone knew a html code to have the code access a diffrent .gif every day thats some how connected with the date

for example if today were Oct 10 - the calendar should show the gif of Oct 17th as the delivery date if ordered now.

You won't find any HTML for that. HTML can't do things like that. You need a programming language.

This is the sort of thing that's really easy to implement: can you use PHP?

Date arithmetic itself is just a bit baroque, depending on things like exactly what you mean by "today"... remember the user's time may be different, or your server's time may be different, etc.
