Is there anyway to improve my graphics, like train myself to make better quality stuff, and if so how would i do this?

if there is anything i would need to buy please let me know! i have a budget but not much of one

You learn by doing, over and over again. Read tutorials on the web. There's a problem with that. Most are Photoshop centered. If not, they are often geared towards some other software. That's not so odd, really, since image editors are quite different. Your best bet may be to search for tutorials for the software you plan to use.

But in the end it boils down to talent. One can learn to improve ones photos, to create certain effects, make smooth buttons and so on. But to create a more complex graphic from scratch on the computer is another thing. Me, I can't paint a good picture IRL and I can't create a stunning computer graphic, but I'm getting better at enhancing the contrast and detail in my photos and things like that. Some things take skill, some take talent and sadly, some take both.
