i'm having trouble setting up a html form that sends emails by a php file.

i have one set up where it does work, a single page form. i have now created a multiple page form but for some reason it doesnt send anything, instead refreshing the page and losing all entered data. i have attached it below for you to look at.

the php is based on this, the php version.

thanks

Sorry, but you really can't expect other people to debug the program. What do you mean by a "multiple page form"? (Precisely?)

Where is the actual script installed, so we can test it?

... oh, at a glance, it looks as though the first page has some form inputs, which are passed to the second page. But the second page doesn't do anything with them (like pass them on to the third page), so naturally they are thrown away.
