They seem to be mostly about the use of HTML forms in an otherwise XHTML document. Pick either HTML or XHTML, and don't mix them.
Don't use px for font sizes on the web. Instead, use 100% for body text, larger percentages for headings and the like, and (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.
