Hello, I am using Front Page 2003 to design a site. I have two tables, one for the header and one for the main body of the page. Now in the main body table, I insert an image, and the image is inserted according to the properties which is set.... left, center, or right margin. I can't really change the position of the image other than where it is inserted. Is there a way, or another program, which will allow me to insert a picture, then drag and place it where I want?

You can write the code yourself.

Otherwise, try Nvu. No personal experience, but it's supposed to cause less problems than other WYSIWYGs.
