Looking for somebody to modify Tumblr html Options

For the past few months I have been tweaking a Tumblr theme to suit my aesthetic sensibility. I have limited knowledge of html, but through a lot of trial and error guesswork, I've been able to get it pretty close to how I want it. My only problem now is the sidebar.

This is the html I have right now:

Ideally, I would like for the sidebar to look something like this (with a Georgia font):

It doesn't have to be exactly like that, but that's the general idea. I don't know if this is easy or not, but if so, I'm willing to pay a small sum for help ($35). Have you seen how the page you posted the code for looks in a browser when it isn't interpreted by Tumblr?

No, I've only seen it Tumblr. Do you need me to do something with it to make it more readable?

I could also create a Tumblr account for somebody to use when they work on it, if that would be useful.
