HTMLHelp Forums _ General Web Design _ Strange Division Appearing on my Front Page...

I'm hoping someone can give me a hand... I've integrated Wordpress into my original html page, and for some reason I have this damned line I can't figure out how to get ahold of! Sadly this page is running on my localhost, so all I have is a picture of my problem...

I expanded the inspect view in Chrome hoping the info someone needs to help me can be seen there... If you might be able to help me but need more info, please let me know.

We need the HTML and CSS output rather than the template. We can't parse it in our heads.
