.htaccess Options

this server i'm working on, do not parse php codes in html extension.

i've tried add an apache handler and adding .html . not working .

This is the .htaccess , large. but before i copy and paste it here, i added these lines in it, but still didn't worked :

, still not working. it shows a white page , nothing else. when i get the page souce, it shows php codes there. so i'm wondering why its shows php codes in the source of HTML , but do not show them on the page.

and NOT Parsing them.

If it did, 'inc' would search for nc, no? So how would you search for 'inc'?
