can someone help me, i want to know how to put music from my music folder on my computer onto my website and a video clip from my folder on my computer onto my website please help me.

You need to upload the media files to a web server, preferably the one where your site is. smile.gif

First thing is you're going to need to upload the files to a webserver.

Then you have to answer some questions and make some decisions.

What format are the music and audio in? mp3, wmv, quicktime, flash, aiff, wave, divx, etc.,
What do you want for the viewer, that they have control over starting and stoping, or that the file plays automatically.

Also there is always the oldschool method of just putting a link to the file and letting them play it for themselves.
