Need help with best starting points and steps to building a site like link I will post. I have 3 for one client and 1 for 2 other clients that would need this site look and functions. Once I get the overall idea I can make them fancy and distinctive to each client. Thats the easy part. Just need some directions.

Coding-wise, the site seems to use lots of Wordpress script libraries, so perhaps you can simply find the right WP components, but for performance and maintenance reasons you may want to hand-code it instead (depending on which method that's faster for you).
Which aspects do you want help with --styling, javascript, server-side scripts?
